Why Clean a Mattress?
Sweat, spills, and body oils soak into a mattress over years of regular use, leaving stains and odors that surface cleaning can't touch. Professional extraction equipment reaches what a home vacuum or spot cleaner can't.
We clean every mattress size, twin through California king, any brand. Fresh spills come out easiest, but the same deep-extraction process also lifts older stains and the odors that come with them.
Over time a mattress also collects dust, skin flakes and the allergens that come with them. Deep extraction helps remove dust and body oils from the surface fibers. It does not replace a mattress protector or washing your bedding regularly.
What a Professional Mattress Cleaning Removes
A mattress collects sweat, body oils, skin cells, spilled drinks, and the occasional accident night after night. Most of it sits deep in the padding where a vacuum or a spray-on spot cleaner never reaches. Over time that buildup shows up as yellowing, stains, and a stale smell that comes back no matter how often you change the sheets.
We use the same fabric-first method we run on every upholstery job: the mattress is inspected, vacuumed, pre-treated, spot-treated, then rinsed with professional extraction equipment that pulls the dissolved soil back out instead of pushing it deeper. A final neutralizing rinse and a live pH test confirm nothing sticky is left behind.

Common Reasons to Clean a Mattress
Stains and Spills
Coffee, wine, sweat yellowing, and food spills. Fresh spills lift most easily, but older stains are worth treating too.
Odors
Sweat, damp, and pet or child accidents leave smells that settle into the padding. Extraction pulls out the source, not just the surface.
Allergies and Fresh Starts
Deep cleaning reduces the body oils, sweat buildup, and allergens that collect over years. Popular before or after a move, or when a room changes hands.
What to Expect on the Day
You get a two-hour arrival window and a call when we are on the way. Strip the bed and let us know about elevator scheduling, entry codes, or parking ahead of time so setup goes quickly. We work on-site in your home across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island.
Drying depends on the mattress, the room, and how much treatment was needed, but most dry in about 5 to 6 hours. Keep the room ventilated and wait until the mattress is completely dry before putting the sheets back on. If you need the bed sooner, ask about optional express drying when you book so we can reserve the equipment. After cleaning, a Scotchgard treatment helps keep the next spill from soaking in.
